We are small family Winery – Chkhavalley Organic Winery. Nestled in the village of Erge (Khelvachauri), we cultivate Chkhaveri and Tsolikouri vineyards using strict bio-organic practices, use only contact-action organic treatments. From our small but carefully nurtured harvests, we craft authentic organic wines — fermented on their own wild yeasts, with no additives and minimal human intervention. This gentle approach allows us to preserve the wine’s local identity and reveal its true character: bright acidity, expressive aromas, and unmistakable varietal purity.
