All orders are processed through Stripe via SureCart, which handle secure payment authorization.
We do not store or have access to your credit card or payment details.
An order confirmation will be sent after successful payment.
Ecchotag reserves the right to cancel or decline an order if payment cannot be verified or if products become unavailable.
4. Shipping and Delivery
We aim to ship orders promptly, but delivery times may vary based on destination, customs, or courier conditions.
Customers are responsible for providing accurate delivery information.
