Story: We founded “Kobidze’s Marani” in the place of the old one, built the new one in 2014 we started bottling. All members of our family have been actively involved in both caring for vineyards and the wine production process. We have 11 qvevris of different sizes. It is told that “good wine is born in the vineyard”, we have shared this attitude and tried to obtain a high-quality harvest, not to pollute the environment and create healthy products. We give our preference to the natural direction and use organic fertilization, biological preparations and we refuse to use pesticides and chemical additives. We do not use cultivated yeasts and other any additions except sulfation of wine. Fermentation of grapes juice takes place in the natural conditions without any interference.  As we represent a family wine cellar, our priority is to produce high-quality natural wines and we are not focused on quantity.
