Story: In the early years, we developed a desire to produce wine. Our concept envisioned crafting natural wine from our own organic vineyard. To this end, we purchased a 2-hectare plot of land in Kartli, in the village of Niabi. There, we planted our first vineyard and soon began making wine. From vineyard work to cellar operations, everything is done by hand. We do not use chemical treatments in the vineyard, and we do not intervene in the wine. Our goal is to promote the establishment of organic farming practices in the vineyard and to present wine in its natural character.
