Story: Our winemaking story begins in 1890, when my great-grandfather built a traditional cellar in the Imereti region. Today, I proudly continue this legacy as the fourth generation winemaker, guided by century-old knowledge and a deep respect for nature and tradition. Since turning my lifelong passion into a business in 2019, my natural wines have earned international recognition, including awards in Poland and Georgia, exports to Germany, and selection by Falstaff among its top 15 wines. From less than one hectare of organically farmed vineyards, I produce limited quantities of natural wines from indigenous grape varieties—Tsitska, Tsolikouri, Aladasturi, and Krakhuna. Crafted with minimal intervention, my wines are fresh, elegant, and expressive of Imereti’s terroir.
